Roberto is honored to have received new arbitration appointments at the following institutions: the Energy Dispute Arbitration Center (EDAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC), and the Russian Arbitration Center.
Energy Dispute Arbitration Center (EDAC)
Roberto Pirozzi has been appointed as an arbitrator at the Energy Dispute Arbitration Center (EDAC), a pioneering sectoral arbitration center exclusively focused on resolving energy disputes. With a panel of around 115 arbitrators, EDAC is known for handling disputes in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Central Asia, Europe, Balkans, Middle East, America, and Africa.
Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) is an institution of about 970 registered arbitrators. HKIAC is one of the world’s top three most-preferred institutions for dispute resolution, ensuring fair and effective proceedings through their experienced Secretariat and panel of international experts in decision-making. Roberto’s experience in handling international disputes has aligned him well to work with HKIAC going forward.
Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC)\
We are also delighted to share that Roberto Pirozzi has been appointed as an arbitrator at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC), highlighting his work in construction, engineering, and infrastructure-based disputes. Established in 1917, SCC operates as a non-profit and independent entity within the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, resolving nearly 200 disputes annually.
Russian Arbitration Center
Finally, Roberto Pirozzi has also been admitted to the list of arbitrators at the Russian Arbitration Center, joining approximately 455 arbitrators from around the world. Roberto hopes that this appointment will be fruitful as the RAC is one of few institutions with authority to administer arbitral proceedings with a seat in Russia.
