Together with communication and decision-making capacity, negotiation is a fundamental managerial tool for effectively and efficiently managing an organization.
However, knowing how to negotiate professionally requires an awareness that can only be acquired with adequate preparation.
For this reason – thanks to our experience – we offer companies courses on negotiation with a multi-disciplinary, legal, economic and behavioral approach.
On 3 and 4 March 2022, we organized a workshop on negotiation for the management of an international pharmaceutical company.
The program was designed to provide participants with the tools and skills necessary to be successful in business and personal negotiations and to maximize the value of negotiation processes.
In fact, negotiating effectively requires a great ability to adapt as well as knowing how to change the rules of the game, leaving aside the conflict and embracing, instead, collaboration.
Therefore the 2-days workshop aimed – after the illustration of the most widespread techniques and the most successful negotiation strategies – to put in place several simulations, in which the participants had the chance to apply what they had previously learned to the scenarios they were asked to deal with.
