On the 24th and 25th of March, Roberto Pirozzi and Olimpia Ballardin participated to the International Bar Association Arbitration Days, which took place in Istanbul at the magnificent Ciragan Palace Kempinski.
Under the theme of innovation 360, the event presented a series of panels, discussing new ideas that challenge the key aspects of the way in which international arbitration is currently practiced.
Topics included:
- Procedural timetable no 1 – topped and tailed: improved case management
- Quantum academy: training and certification on assessing damages
- Rethinking the justification for, preparation, and presentation of witness testimony
- Procedural rules and institutional reforms to promote diversity and inclusion
Besides the beautiful locations and enriching speakers’ insights, it was also a great occasion to get together in person again and create relations with outstanding professionals coming from all over the world.
