This prestigious event focuses on discussions surrounding energy dispute resolution and the factors that drive energy disputes in key markets in the Middle East and Africa, examining procedural and technological developments in dispute resolution, the economic and geopolitical drivers of disputes, and what lies ahead for the industry. Roberto will be moderating the panel on day two, “Spoiled for Choice: Emerging and Established Dispute Resolution options in the MENA Region” speaking with respected professionals including Tom Snider, Antonia Birt, Aysha Abdulla Mutaywea, and Lara Hammoud.
