On the 5th of May, Roberto Pirozzi, Managing Partner, along with colleagues of the firm, participated in the American Innovation Awards at the House of Representatives.
“We were pleased to have the opportunity to support the growth of innovation and startups and to be a part of furthering professional development,” Roberto Pirozzi commented.
Mr. Pirozzi was asked to speak with the entrepreneurs who were receiving awards on the new commercial trends between Italy and the United States, where he also highlighted the importance of including multi-tier systems in alternative dispute resolution clauses, which include negotiation, mediation and arbitration in International commercial contracts.
