The upcoming edition of the Italian Negotiation Competition will feature the participation of H.E. Elif Çomoğlu Ülgen, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Italy, as Keynote Speaker.
Throughout her diplomatic career, H.E. Ambassador Ülgen has held prominent positions at the European Union, the United Nations Office in Geneva, and as Ambassador to South Africa, gaining significant experience in international relations and multilateral cooperation.
In the diplomatic sphere, negotiation represents an essential instrument for managing interstate relations, preventing conflicts, and building strategic relationships within multilateral and multicultural contexts. The perspective of a diplomat operating daily in environments shaped by diverse interests, cultural sensitivities, and different legal systems provides a particularly valuable contribution to the broader reflection on negotiation as a central competence in decision-making processes and institutional dynamics.
It will be a true honor to welcome her contribution and to hear insights shaped by experience at the highest levels of international diplomacy.
The Masterclass will take place on 15 May starting at 9:00 a.m. and will mark the opening of the event, offering a forum for dialogue among academics, professionals, and institutional representatives on key issues shaping the evolution of negotiation in the contemporary context.
