PirozziLex will be represented by Rafael Rossini Parisi, whose practice focuses on competition law, on commercial law, and on regulation, with solid experience in digital markets and emerging technologies. During the same week, Rafael will be also participating in a series of related events, including the Ibero-American Competition Forum and the Foro de Competencia organized by the Red Iberoamericana de Competencia and the Universidad del Salvador (USAL).

At the USAL forum, he will present, together with Martín De Dios (USAL), a research project carried out with the GW Competition Law Center at The George Washington University Law School and USAL, addressing the regulation and governance of artificial intelligence. The project examines how competition and regulatory frameworks can respond to the rapid development of AI while supporting innovation. PirozziLex’s participation reflects the firm’s commitment to a genuinely international approach and its engagement with the issues shaping the future of competition law and digital regulation.
